Quality Management Policy statement

VUE is a leading UK supplier and installer of bespoke CCTV and telematic systems into the automotive market. To ensure the consistency of customer deliverables, product services and outcomes, the business has elected to utilise the methodologies of a Quality Management System (ISO:9001).

The vision for achieving this is laid out in the following Quality Policy Statement.

Management is committed to ensuring we live our company values through service delivery, with dedicated roles and responsibilities assigned and communicated to all staff. As part of its commitment to promote a culture of continual improvement we ask our staff to consider these values alongside the principles of a good quality management system.

  • Excellence: - To Plan for the changes that are required and what the desired outcome will be, doing everything we can to exceed customer expectations.
  • One team - To Do. Determine how these changes will be managed and implemented into daily activity, collaborating to ensure the best customer outcome.
  • Care - To Check and review the effectiveness of our actions, planned changes and teams, offering the right support and solution to meet our customers needs.
  • Integrity -To Act upon improving the changes we have made through the process of ‘checking’ our actions, ensuring accountability, delivering on our commitments and promises we make.

Management have a continual commitment to develop its business and customer experience, for this we shall:

  • Establish the Quality Management System and its objectives.
  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction and requirements.
  • Communicate throughout the organisation the importance of meeting customer needs and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all workers have appropriate resources, infrastructure, and training to conduct their roles
  • Develop and continually improve the effectiveness of its Quality Management System by monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

This Quality Policy statement and the Quality Management System are regularly reviewed to ensure their continuing suitability.
